M.E.S.E.R.S Training

FOR THE PUBLIC FOR 35.- FrS

Learn to understand and master your back at work and at home. Perform the 3 key health exercises every day. Strengthen your body with 5 for Fit additional exercises.

FOR SCHOOLS AND COMPANIES For 250.- Frs

Presentation of the MESERS method in companies and schools allowing the participants to manage their back to their workstations effectively. Learning the proper exercises keeps your back healthy.

FOR THERAPISTS For 380.- FrS

Level 1 : MESERS approach and health exercices

Open to medical professions, paramedical (physiotherapists, osteopaths, etc.)
This course allows you to be able to teach the 3 keys and 5 for fit exercises to your patients.
Post-exam certification (3 weeks post-course)

Level 2 : MESERS Method

Open to participants (therapists) who have completed and acquire a Level 1 certification.
This course allows you to be able to use MESERS method in a comprehensive way:
Tests, therapeutic approach and MESERS management.
Post-exam certification (3 weeks post-course).

Level 3 : Training

Open to practitioners who have completed and acquired Levels 1 and 2 and have at least a 5 years experience in MESERS method. This training is intended for practitioners who wish to teach independently all the method (in the office, for example).Certification post examen (3 semaines post cours).

A daily demonstration and practice of the exercises allows the therapists
to keep a healthy back as well.
